On its own? No. But if I was holding it . . . then yes, I could do whatever I'd like with it.

Think of it as merely an extended way of, say, walking through a series of rooms. Could you make that flower appear on the other side of this garden? Well, no, not without moving with it-- or at least, I presume so, and we'll go along with that presumption for now. But by moving yourself, you can do any number of things with it: move it anywhere you like, plant it, destroy it, and so on.

It's simply that my series of rooms are time and space. I can move through what's commonly perceived as past and future, as well as any universe I wish.

And if I wish to change something about myself, before you ask, it's easier to simply adjust circumstances to a universe where I've already made the decision to change. So . . . if I go to a time period that requires a shorter skirt or a flashier style of dress, it's simply a matter of thought and mild movement.
