do you have the problem where it's detailed about some stuff then nada on stuff that'd be useful?

I had not heard the origin myth until relatively recently, nor had I known about the slaughter. I am hardly the best example of an Auri woman, unfortunately. [ it's still a bit awkward for her, really. she has no memory of her past and so feels no real connection to the Auri people. ] But I am glad to meet my first Qunari, even if the circumstances are... Less than ideal.

[ Era is a curious person - scholarly pursuits are something she enjoys, albeit she has a preference for the more active ones. like archaeology. perhaps it's because she knows nothing of her own past or history, but she loves learning about other people and their cultures. best to know as much as you can about the people you exist to protect, right? but she also is not one to press for details. ]

Au Ra were not commonly found in Eorzea when I first found myself there. They still are not the most abundant race on the continent, as they originate from the Far Eastern continent. I did not enjoy the attention, so I hid my horns and tail away for some months.

[ this isn't something she's really shared with many people before. a passing mention of it to Aymeric, and a reference to it if any allies inquired about it, but. it's not something her comrades - save for Yugiri - would understand, and so she never bothered to bring it up.

though admittedly she doesn't tend to bring up anything about her life before the Scions anyway. ]

I am Era.
