This encounter sure turned out a lot stranger than he expected. Then the subject of tattoos turned out to be a surprising neutral ground due to shared interests of a sort, enough that Noiz found himself sucked into the conversation and even wound up showing a brief moment of... not so much vulnerability but at least being oddly affected by something at the time, which annoys him. Thank goodness the guy didn't say anything about it.
But this see you later stuff, see you around and all that, at the end is giving off too many friendliness vibes. The kind of vibes that make him want to lash out and kill off any suggestion of them before they can grow further. Nip it in the buds and all. There are very clear walls he erects between himself and others, and this one doesn't seem to be as solid as he'd like it to be.
