"I'm hardly an expert, but I've been attending whatever classes I can to keep myself in shape," Peggy says, giving him a squeeze of his shoulder as she gestures for him to follow her lead, moving him into the right places. "I find it's an excellent way to warm up before more vigorous exercises."
