With his hand pushed away, he trails it up to rest on Leonard's back instead as he focuses on marking the expanse of throat on display to him. He probably shouldn't, but Leonard doesn't appear to be stopping him...

How could he regret the way Snart's body moves against his,the warmth building between them. As much as he's enjoying being underneath the man above him and all the friction, part of Ray wants to push forward, get him underneath him -- so he tries. Whether or not he'll be successful doesn't really matter.
